This is the first time I have used your service, but it definitely will not be the last.  Our house for rent was languishing on a single website for 4 weeks and not attracting a very good response. Since advertising through your service, I have been inundated with enquiries and I have rented the property out after only 1 open for inspection. 
Your service is superior to the one I was using (which is a major real estate website) because it is considerably cheaper, my advertisement runs on 17 real estate websites, not just one, unlike one of your major competitors, the  advertisement runs until I rent the property out and not for a limited time of 28 days or some other deadline. I wish Weston Real Estate Melbourne a successful future, because it has given me what customers want, which is value for money.
