As a Private Rental Provider, we will provide you with online rental /marketing advice and advertise your rental property over the internet through www.westonrealestate.melbourne and 16 other major real estate sites including the largest www.realestate.com.au for a one only fee of $250.00 plus GST.

What do you get for $250?  We will provide you with our expertise and rental advice until you find a suitable Renter. Your property will remain active on all the internet sites until this happens. All you need to do is contact us on 1300 655 575 (free call) and talk to one of our Rental Experts. We have many years of experience in Rental Management and can assist you with the New Residential Tenancy Act, leases, condition reports, tribunal hearings and any other questions including Covid-19 restrictions.
Once you have decided to utilize our services we will arrange for payment and request you send an email to rentals@westonrealestate.com.au with your property images (maximum 5), your advertising copy and open for inspection times if applicable. 

On receipt of this information, we will then format its contents. In addition, we will advise you on any amendments that may improve your advertisement so to increase renter enquiry. Once complete we will then upload the property information to our Web Site and other major internet real estate sites.

As we do not manage your property all rental inquiries for your property will be forwarded onto you.

Once you have found a suitable Renter all you do is advise our office so we can remove your property off the Internet. Of course, your property details will remain archived and when the property becomes available again, we already have all your information to make it easier to relist it for you.
